On an island

Imagine that you are shipwrecked on an island far away from civilization.
What would be 6 things you would grab before the ship went down to survive?
Explain your answers with detail and why you made those choices.

October 16, 2008 at 12:55 pm (16 years ago)Well my first thing would be a rope because if I was in a island i can use a rope for things stuck on a tree, or climb things to get food or I find things something good for suvival. My second thing would be a bag because if I found things i wouldnt want them scattered everywhere that i always have to find them, and also going with the rope if a I find anything i can just put it in my bag. Third would be my DS (trust me I always bring portable systems if bored in a place) because that way i can use it for any purpose if im REALLY bored (for those people who would do same thing I suggest you save your progress before battries run out.)Fourth would be my sail because I can always try to make a raft or I can try to make a boat in order to go farther in another island (I hope that can happen.)Fifth would be my supply food so I can eat something else unless like sea water or coconuts or bananas and more. Finally my sixth would be a pillow or a bed sheet so I can sleep in peace.
Btw i didk not copy any of this from that show on family channel whoever would read this and this is from myself not from that show even though i did say raft so please understand I did not copy anything ty very much 😀

2.the second thing i would take would be some food and drinks so i can stay alive.
3.the third thing i would take would be some clothes underwear socks and pants to keep me worm
4.the fourth thing i would take would be a tent so i can have somewhere to sleep in.
5.the fifth thing i would take would be swimming shorts so i can wash my self.
6.the last thing i would take would be would be is some paper so i can draw when i am bored.

1. The first thing i would take is food and drinks because i need food and drinks to survive on the island.
2. The second thing i would take is a tent some pillows and blankets because i need a tent to sleep and a blanket to stay warm and pillows to sleep.
3. The third thing i would take is some toys like webkinz because i need something to play with if i get bored.
4. I would take some electronics like computers and nintendo ds because i need some thing to entertain me while im there.
5. The next thing i would take is my family to keep me company.
6. The next thing i would bring is some clothes like swimming suit pants skirts and more!

1. First I would bring food (including water)to keep me alive .
2. The second thing I would bring are some clothes (including my bathing suit), or I wouldn’t have anything to change to, and then I would be stinky.
3. A blanket to snuggle with when it is cold in the dark and to sleep with
4. My pet hamster (with supplies)’cause Sparks won’t survive without me.
5. A shovel and pale to make sandcastles which will keep my creativity flowing….and doesn’t make me bored all day.
6. Last but not least, I would bring a picture of my parents to remind me that I am not alone, and I have to find a way to ESCAPE FROM HERE!! 🙂 😀 😉 😛

2.a suit case with clothes and shoes that is for each season so i dont just keepig on wearing the same dirty clothes every day.
3.a tent to sleep in so i wont sleep on sand for the hole time.
4.a big peice of paper that said help so some one can save me
5.a cellphone that works all around the world enywhere so i can try to reach some one to find me in the insland in two or four days.
6.a five metre bucket of water so i can clean my self each second day(with a bathing suite dah)

The second thing I would take would be a air breather so I could breath underneath the water. The third thing would be a tent because I could sleep in the tent when I reach the island. The forth thing I would take would be a rope because when I am close to the island then I can throw the rope so it might hang on the tree. The fifth thing I would take is a is a bag because when go out finding for food I can bring it in the bag. The last thing i would take would be a knife because when i find the food then i can cut the food with the knife.
Well that’s what six things I would take if the ship went down.:P

3. I would grab a lighter to make a fire (to stay warm and cook food).
4. I would grab a pocket knife to kill wild animals (to eat) and cut wood (for a fire).
5) I would grab a first aid kit to take care of injuries.
6) I would grab a warm blanket to stay warm.

October 16, 2008 at 4:26 pm (16 years ago)1. I’d pick a cell phone because I could call for somebody to come.This way, I could be saved if they would bring rescuers.
2. A Ipod for listening to some tunes, though I would bring the touch because this way I could see how the weather would be like so if it would rain, then I could be ready for the rain coming to the island and go to some shelter.
3. A tent so I could be protected from anything to come and for me to sleep in so if there’s a lot of bugs that can bite, I can be a little protected.
4.Food and water so if I were to get hungry on the island, I could have some candy or yo-gos so then this way I wouldn’t starve.
5.Clothes to wear so I would not only be able to be a little clean, but also for the fact as to use some dirty,old shorts for swimming and some shirts that I can wear that are colurful so if a plane comes close, they could see me better and save me from the island.
6.The last thing I would pick would be pillows and blankets so if it were to get a little chilly, or if I just want to sleep, I can rest on the pillows and it would feel like home if I had a couple of blankets.

2.I would get a x-box 360 and a portable t.v. so i wouldn’t get bored.
3.I would get a sleeping bag so I could sleep somwhere.
4.I would grab alot of food so I can stay alive that includes water.
5.I would bring extra pair of clothes so I dont stink.
6.I would grab a sharp knife so if a bad person that wants to hurt me i could protect myself.
Those are my 6 reasons.

1. Life jacket for keeping me floating when I get tired of swimming.
2. A first aid kit (includes medicine)in case I get hurt or sick.
3. A tent, blankets and pillows to keep me warm and a place to sleep in.
4. A life boat to bring me to shore.
5. A fishing rod to catch fish for food.
6. A knife to kill wild animals.

2) The seconed item I would take would be food, beacause I don’t know if any food nessicities are growing on trees such as coconuts and bananas on the nearby island.
3) The third item I would take is a couple of wood pieces, to build a raft to try to find land that is civilized.
4)I would also, grab a cell phone to try again to contact anyone.
5) Also, I would take a tent to sleep in so I wouldn’t get cold at night. It will also be a great place to eat so no animals will be able to smell the food I cook.(That is if there are any animals).
6) And lastly, I will take a First Aid Kit to take care of any injuries after fighting the animals (if there are animals).

The second thing i would take is medical kit to help me in case I’m injured. The third thing i would take is a boat with fishing gear so i can survive by catching fish. The fourth thing i would take is a lighter to make a fire, boil water, and cook food. And the fifth thing i would take is a bag of clothes to protect me from changing weather conditions.The sixth thing i would need is a flashlight to see in the dark.

1. A lot of food so I can survive (yum!)
2. A filter to clean the ocean water so I can drink it.
3.A cellphone to call for help and keep in touch with my family
4.Blankets and a pillow to keep warm
5.Paper and crayons so I can have fun
6.An ax to proect me and to chop wood
7.A lamp so I wouldnt be in total darkness
I would also have the animals and island, so I could have loads of fun!

1. Cell phone
WHY?
Because of immediate emergency purposes. I would have my personal information for identification and many contact numbers and can call them and if there is no signal, I could message them or call them if I get a chance.
2. Torch/ Emergency Light and matches
WHY?
Because in the night, I would need something to see with and light fire.
3. Life jacket and life boat
WHY?
Because I would need to save my life!!!
4. Food and lots of water
WHY?
Because I would need something to eat and drink
5. First Aid Kit
WHY?
Because if someone got hurt, you could use it.
6. Pillows and blankets/Sleeping bags
WHY?
Because I would need something to sleep with.
7. Clothes
WHY?
Because I would need something to wear!
8. Knife
WHY?
Because I would need it for different cutting purposes.
9. Ropes
WHY?
Because I would need it for tying, climbing and pulling etc.
10. Bag
WHY?
Because I would need it to carry most of the above listed things.

The third thing that I would take is books and paper because I can read my books and can draw stuff on my paper when bored. The fourth thing that I would take is matches because when I bring a match I can make fire for light and when I make fire I can cook food. The fifth thing that I would take is a blanket because when I go to sleep I can worm or I my blanket can keep me. The last thing that I would take is my Ipod juist to busy

1) a life jacket/life raft
2) clothing to wear
3) food-(water&snacks)
4) knife
5) first aid kit
6) a pillow and blanket
7) flash light that can work for a long time.(rechargeable one-with out cord/wires).
8) a doodle pad/pencil/eraser
9) a cellphone
10)a few toys
Of course these things would be in a bag!!
WHY WOULD I BRING:
-A LIFE RAFT/JACKET- because it would save my life!
-CLOTHING- so I would not stink and can wear clean clothes for a while!
-FOOD/DRINKS-so I could survive
-KNIFE-to protect me and cut things.
-FIRST AID KIT in case I get hurt.
-a PILLOW-to sleep on-BLANKET-to keep me warm-SLEEPING BAG-TO sleep on.
-FLASH LIGHT(rechargeable one)- so at night I won’t get lost if I wander around.
-DOODLE PAD/PECIL ERASER-to keep me busy during the day.
-CELLPHONE-in case of emergency and to keep in touch.(fully charged-it won’t be recharged again!)
-SOME TOYS- to play with(keep me busy) and sleep with.
THESE ARE 10 THINGS THAT I WOULD TAKE IF I WAS STUCK ON AN ISLAND FAR AWAY FROM HOME.

If a ship was sinking I would grab…food , water , a lifejacet , a flare , a waterproof helicopter comunicater , and a lifeboat . I would activate the self filling life boat and sit and wate in it , put the life jacet on , eat and then drink , contact the helicopters or ships, and use the flare so thay can find me and take me home . Thats what I would to suvive from the sinking ship .

1-A pocket knife to kill animals and cut wood.(make a raft)
2-some clothes to keep warm .(including swimming shorts so i can bath)
3-A tent so i can have shelter.
4-food because there might not be any food on the island.
5-A lighter to make a fire.
6-A gun in case i get attaked by a wild animal.

October 22, 2008 at 7:04 pm (16 years ago)Well I would bring a lighter,raft,aid kit,food as I could carry ,poket knife,filter because I could light my fire with my liter and stay warm for a couple of days anthor thing is I could use the raft for my atemp to escpe also a first aid kit so I would be preperd for cuts and I would bring as much food I can carry so I could stay full for as long as it lasts a poket knife to cut things and a filter to have clean water.
