🙂 :)Graffiti is art and it is vandalism.:) 🙂

It is graffiti because the person that is doing it is doing it without asking the owner of the property and what if you just bought a new house and someone does graffiti on your wall or garage. Someone might think you did it and you might get in trouble even if you didn’t do it. If the owner doesn’t like it they can be mad and they can even call the cops. It is wrong to do it on someone else’s property and it is also illegal. In downtown there is lot’s of graffiti. It’s also really hard to remove and if you want to remove it would cost a lot of money. It is not vandalism, it is art because the person that who did it just wants to express their feelings by drawing art and whatever that person draws has a message just like Banksy’s art. They also have a point that graffiti can be really beautiful.

This is what I think but it all depends on different peoples perspectives.

To me graffiti is art because eventhough they are doing it a peoples property its still art. I say graffiti is art its just on walls or trash dumps if you just draw graffiti and then sneak it in KAWS art museum and put it on the wall it will sell for $100,000 trust me it will. I think that people do it because they think its cool and maybe its art but maybe the do it because they like to be bad, or maybe they even want to get noticed.

I believe that graffiti is art not vandalism

I think graffiti is art because it is drawings but on the wall .Also if it was in a different place it would be considered art if it was on a paper. So what if it’s on the wall it’s still art.

Graffiti is both art and vandalism. Graffiti can art because it can show really good messages like, how banksy showed it to us (if you go to you tube and type “banksy graffiti” you will find videos). Even if you look at “Kaws”, Kaws has made things for conium west which also have been on billboards. Some people thing graffiti is really special, like there was this one time where a person found graffiti done by banksy and he sold it for one million dollars, so graffiti can be special. Graffiti can vandalism because of the place example would be under a bridge. Graffiti can a will full act of vandalism that involves writing, drawing or symbols applied to any surface without the permeation of the owners, designed which is bad to do. It is also ruining someone’s property.

Grafiti is both vandalism and art.

That is because if you draw something good and

beautiful on something it is art and if you draw

somthing on someone elses property they might not like

it and it will be called as vandalism. Here is an

example when banksy drew on other peoples property they

liked it so they called it art. but if Banksy drew on

things and people did not like it they would say that

    it is vandalism.

    Grafiti is vandalism and art.

I think that Kows is doing both vandalizing and art. He is doing art because he is making pictures that mean something and are really detailed. he is vandalizing because he is drawing on other peoples property with out permission. But one time he drew on the side of someones house and the person sold the side of there house for 1 million dollars. kows is not vandalizing anymore because all his work is now in a museum.

graffiti I believe is art it could be vandalizing something but in a way it just seems to be art, there are lots of artist that may have started off with graffiti but some just stared on a canvas I like how caws sometimes used characters from Disney shows I also like I also like how he put X for eyes it looks pretty cool i kind of believe that graffiti can be ether one art or vandalism.

I think that graffiti can be both art and vandalism. I don’t think that all graffiti is the same because there is a difference between artists and gangsters. Some graffiti is art because there is a real artist that does the drawing and painting. For example, sometimes people might sell there side of there house and let someone do graffiti on it. I say graffiti is art because it is just on walls or trash cans like the ones we have around the parks by our school. That graffiti looks like art and it can look really pretty. Vandalising is just stupid and plain dumb. The people that vandalise might think it’s funny to do it but it’s not. Some times people can put bad words and that is not so cool. The difference between graffiti art and vandalism is that graffiti artists have permission to do there art but people who vandalise don’t have permission. There breaking the law and they might get in trouble. I think that people that vandalise make there community look worse not better.

Graffiti is both art and vandalism. I think this because if graffiti was drawn on a public wall it would be considered illegal; but if it was hung up inside of somebody’s house then it would be considered art. In my opinion, graffiti is really cool, and would be a great design. This just like how Kaws’ and Banksy’s graffiti was illegal but then a citizen rated and said it looked very cool and wanted hung up in his house. For these reasons graffiti should be considered both art and vandalism.

    Graffiti is art not vandalism!

Graffiti is art because the only difference between real art and graffiti is what it’s painted on and where it was painted. I think that graffiti is awesome and should not be illegal because it is another type of art and it makes things look cooler and better. Graffiti should be considered art not vandalism!

    Graffiti is art and vandalism!

Graffiti is art because a person is drawing things that we understand and enjoy not just scribbling on the wall.He is also being creative by drawing characters like sponge bob, smurfs and others and adding to them his signature on their eyes, making them be happy, sad, surprised and stuff like that.

on the other hand, Graffiti is vandalism because a person is just drawing on the wall and making the walls dirty or looking bad if the drawing is bad.It is illegal to draw on walls without asking the authority to draw on the wall like,if somebody wants to draw on my house wall and doesn’t ask if he can draw on the house wall he might go to court, but if he asks and we say yes, then it will be ok.

This is what i think graffiti is.
